Gochar phal (transit report)
Where each planet is today, counted from your Moon sign, whether its transit is favourable for you, and when it moves on.
Your birth details
How it is worked out
Gochar means transit. It is read from your Moon sign: each planet’s sign today is counted as a house from your Moon, and each planet is traditionally favourable in some houses and testing in others.
The slow planets matter most. Saturn and Rahu stay in a sign for one and a half to two and a half years and Jupiter for about a year, so their transits colour long stretches of time, while the Moon changes sign every two or three days.
Transits work on top of your dasha. A good transit during a difficult dasha softens it, and a hard transit during a good one is felt less.
